🌍 Accessing Payzerware from Abroad

Currently, Payzerware is designed for use within the United States. If you're trying to log in from another country, you may not be able to access the site directly due to geographic restrictions based on IP address.

Here's what you can do:

1. Use a VPN:
A Virtual Private Network (VPN) allows you to connect through a U.S.-based server, making it appear as though you’re accessing Payzerware from within the U.S. This is a simple workaround that can restore full access.

💳 Making Payments from International Cards

Payzerware accepts all major credit and debit cards, including those issued internationally, as long as the final charge is in USD. However, a few factors might affect your ability to complete a transaction:

Common Issues:

  • Zip Code Requirement:
By default, Payzerware requires a U.S. zip code for card verification. If your international card is tied to a non-U.S. address, the transaction may fail. This requirement can be turned off in your settings if needed.

  • CVV Requirement:
Similarly, Payzerware usually requires the card’s CVV (Card Verification Value). If this causes issues, this setting can also be toggled off for more flexibility.

💰 Understanding International Fees

While international cards can be used, merchants should be aware of additional fees that may apply when processing these transactions. These are determined by the card networks and can range from 1% to 3% per transaction.

Examples of Common Fees:

  • Visa International Service Assessment (ISA) Fee: 1.00% – 1.40%

  • Mastercard U.S. Cross-Border (USD): 0.60%

  • Mastercard U.S. Cross-Border (non-USD): 1.00%

  • Discover International Service Fee: 0.80%

These fees apply automatically when a card issued outside the U.S. is used, and they are passed on to both the merchant and Payzerware (as Boonli's processor).

🔧 Tips for Smooth International Transactions

  • Check Your Card Settings:
Make sure your card is enabled for international transactions. Contact your bank or card issuer to confirm.

  • Double-Check Your Info:
Typos in card numbers, expiration dates, or CVVs are common culprits for failed transactions. Ensure all information is entered accurately.

🧾 Checks from Outside the U.S.

At this time, Payzerware does not support check payments drawn from banks outside the United States. If a customer attempts to pay with an international check, the payment will not be processed. We recommend using a credit or debit card that is internationally enabled for faster and more reliable transactions.

🧾 In Conclusion

While Payzerware is optimized for U.S.-based use, there are ways to access it and complete payments if you're located internationally. Using a VPN can help you bypass access restrictions, and understanding how to adjust payment settings will make international transactions smoother.
