Understanding Contract Changes

Starting July 1, 2025, we implemented changes to our Terms of Use. This article will guide you through updates. Please refer to the Terms of Use listed on our website for specifics.

What Changed?

As of July 1, 2025, all accounts transitioned from month-to-month contracts to 12-month commitments. This change affects all users and is designed to standardize contract terms across the platform. Under the new system:

  • Each customer's contract is renewed annually on the anniversary of their original subscription start date.

  • Contracts automatically renew for 12-month periods unless specific actions are taken to cancel or prevent renewal.

How Were Customers Notified About the Policy Change?

We notified all customers about the new 12-month contract policy by email. These notifications were sent to the principal email addresses registered on customer accounts and gave 30 days to cancel before the change took effect. The transition did not require customers to sign new contracts, as acceptance of the new terms was automatic as of the announced date.

Updates to Fees

We also updated our ACH fees and card processing fees to match standard marketplace rates.

ACH Pricing Update:

  • 0.75% per transaction up to $30,000.00 (NOTE: This includes recurring payments, e.g. payment plans)

  • Flat $225.00 fee for transactions of $30,000.00 or more

Card Processing Rates

2.99% for all swiped credit/debit + dues and assessments

3.49 non swiped + dues and assessments
