When will this name change take effect?
The new name will go live on September 18, 2025. On that date, you’ll see it reflected in the product, in the app store, and in the new mobile app.
Who is WEX?
WEX is the global commerce platform that simplifies the business of running a business. We’re evolving the Payzerware brand to become WEX Field Service Management (WEX FSM). This change reflects our integration into the broader WEX business. It positions us to deliver even more value going forward: smarter integrations, expanded capabilities, and continued investment in the tools that power your business.
What’s changing?
On September 18th, the names for Payzer's products, Payzerware and Payzer Payment Options, will change. Payzerware will become WEX Field Service Management, and Payzer Payment Options will become WEX Service Payments Solution. In addition to seeing the new name, you will also see the new logo throughout the product, website, support portal, and new mobile app experience. The new mobile app will replace the existing "Payzerware" mobile app and offer a new and improved user experience.
How does this benefit me?
You’ll still get the product you trust now with an improved and new mobile app experience, making it even easier to streamline operations from the field to the office. As part of WEX, we’re investing in new features, better support, and deeper connections across our platform, and you will continue to see those over time.
What does this mean for me?
On September 18th, the new mobile app will be available, and we will be launching additional features such as Advanced Reporting, a Price Book Digital integration for supported distributors, and additional financing partners. You’ll continue using the same login, have access to the same data and the same support team — just under a new name and app icon. The additional features will be available for purchase in the “My Subscriptions” page.
What about my customer support?
You’ll still work with the same support team and have access to the same customer support channels. The only difference is that you will now see a new name, WEX Help Center, in place of Payzercare within the app.
Is the product changing?
The online product you use today — including your pricing, features, and integrations — will remain the same. There is a new mobile app launching on September 18th, which will be called WEX FSM in the app store. The new WEX FSM app will offer enhanced functionality and improved reliability. Will my team need training on the new app?
The new WEX FSM app is designed to provide an improved experience while maintaining the same core functionality your team is already familiar with. Most users will be able to start using it right away without additional training. For those who would like a deeper dive, we’ll be offering live mobile app webinars as well as fully comprehensive video courses.
