Key Differences in the New Mobile App
The new mobile app works a lot like the current one, so the transition will be smooth for you. With these new features, you will get time-saving improvements that make your day easier.
Invoices and Proposals
Invoices and proposals have fewer steps from start to finish. Use Build Mode to create, then switch to the new Present/Pay Mode to easily show your customer the invoice or proposal and guide them to the next step.
Updates:
Combined Invoice Present/Pay Mode: You can process and record payments, view the PDF, and send the invoice all on one screen.

Combined Proposal Present/Review Mode: You can convert to invoice, view the PDF, and send the proposal all in one place.

Recommendations on Invoices and Proposals:
Recommendations are now added the same way that line items are added to an invoice or proposal.
1. Click the "+Items" button to search for the item you're recommending.
2. Press the middle of the item.
You can then adjust the quantity and select the recommendation for this invoice or for future work.
Sliding Actions
You can now perform certain actions by sliding to the right or left. Sliding to the right allows you to perform actions. Sliding to the left allows you to delete.
1. Adding/Removing Technicians to Appointments:
To add a technician when scheduling an appointment, slide right on the primary technician field and select "+Add".
To remove a technician when editing an appointment, slide left on the technician field and press delete.
2. Delete line items from proposals and invoices:
Slide left on a line item to delete.
3. Invoices, Proposals, and Proposal Comparisons:
Slide right on an individual invoice, proposal, or proposal comparison to complete actions such as sending, viewing, and collecting payment.
