Why Reconnection is Necessary

While rare, sometimes a Payzer Sync Tool login connection refresh is necessary as local or reginal connection issues can sever the connection between your sync tool and our servers. If this happens, you'll notice that the Payzerware Status in the Sync Tool will show 'Logged out'. If this is the case, Payzer's Sync Tool connection to Payzerware must be reestablished in order to continue syncing Payzerware data to your QuickBooks company file.

Steps to Log Back In

  1. Open the Sync Tool

    • If an automated sync is currently running, pause it before proceeding.

  2. Run Quick Setup

    • Click the "Quick Setup" option in your sync tool.

  3. Log In

    • Press the "Login" button.

    • Enter your Payzerware email address and the password you use to access Payzerware.

  4. Resume Sync

    • Save the quick set up.

    • Once logged in, your sync tool should be ready to resume syncing.

By following these steps, you’ll restore the connection and ensure smooth operation of your QuickBooks Desktop with Payzerware.
