The sync between Payzerware and QuickBooks Online is very similar to the sync between Payzerware and QuickBooks Desktop. Customers, invoices, payments, and everything else all sync the same way you're used to in QuickBooks Desktop. However, there are a few key differences to note before making the switch.

  • Automatic Syncs: QuickBooks Online syncs automatically every 10 minutes (e.g., 10:00 AM, 10:10 AM, 10:20 AM). Manual syncing or pausing isn't possible, and there is no sync tool to manage.

  • Subcustomer Limitation: If you actively use subcustomers in QuickBooks Desktop, Payzerware can only sync to the Parent Customer level in QuickBooks Online.

  • Data Coverage: Intuit will transfer all data from your Desktop file to your Online account. Payzerware can only sync transactions contained to the current calendar year. Please review and fix any existing sync errors before migrating your QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online.
